Kale Chips are great when you are craving something salty and crunchy. They also are soooooo easy to make.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Rinse the kale carefully and drain. (You may need to wrap in a few paper towels to absorb all of the moisture.)

  • Coat baking sheet with no-fat spray or parchment paper.

  • Cut kale into large pieces and place on a baking sheet.

  • Lightly spray the kale with cooking spray and sprinkle with the seasoning of your choice. Cajun Seasoning is awesome!

Bake for about 15 minutes or until the kale is slightly brown and crispy. It will continue to become a bit more crispy after you remove from it the oven.

You can store any leftover kale chips in a Ziploc baggie, but you’ll have to put them back into the oven for just a few minutes to crisp back up.
